Compliance · v0.1 · Sept 2026

Compliance is a pipeline problem, not a legal one.

Autopilot Advisers is an SEC-registered adviser, so paid creative is adviser marketing. The failure mode isn’t a fine — it’s review becoming the bottleneck while CAC drifts up. So: counsel signs a library, not individual ads.

Nothing here is cleared — I can’t clear it. Twelve concepts are pre-checked and already carry their disclosure; three are held for counsel, and this page is written so that conversation takes one sitting instead of six.

I’m a growth operator, not a lawyer. Nothing here is legal advice or a clearance — the five-day gate and the library are proposals, and every status on the following panels is my check, not a sign-off.

The four rules everything is checked against.

Adviser marketing, plainly stated. If a concept fails any one of these, it doesn’t go to design.

Twelve pre-checked. Three held for counsel — and those are the interesting ones.

The review loop, with a gate on it.

Sixteen concepts a week only works if review is bounded. So review has a clock, and the clock has a consequence.

The gate I’d propose — D3 on the risk register If review cycle time passes five days on a batch, the next batch draws only from the pre-cleared library until it recovers.

One review establishes what is sayable.

After that, creative ships at volume without a lawyer on every asset. The ask is one review of this library and a ruling on the three held items — performance periods, hypothetical performance, and using the Pilots’ names.
